We are the ONLY company on O’ahu that sells 100% sugar free and gluten free baked goods. All of our treats are catered to those who live a ketogenic and diabetic lifestyle.

Is everything we make gluten-free?

Yes! Everything that is made in our bake house is made with almond flour or coconut flour. EVERYTHING is gluten, grain, and sugar free!

Do you offer any nut free options?

Everything that we bake is made with almond flour or coconut flour. We wouldn’t recommend anyone with nut allergies to consume any of our Sweet Treats.

How should I store my Sweet Treats?

If your Sweet Treats come with a KEEP COLD sticker, we recommend that you move them to an airtight container and kept refrigerated for an extended shelf life.

What is the shelf life of your Sweet Treats?

Cookies: up to 7 days refrigerated

Donuts: up to 6 days refrigerated

Bundt Cakes/Butter Cake: up to 6 days refrigerated

Cheesecake Bars: up to 6 days refrigerated

Peppermint Patties: up to 2-3 weeks refrigerated or up to 2 months in the freezer.

Bagels: up to 6-7 days refrigerated

Carrot Cake Cupcakes/Chocolate Chip Muffins: up to 5 days refrigerated

Edible Cookie Dough: up to 7 days refrigerated

Coconut Macaroons: up to 5 days refrigerated

Where can I buy your Sweet Treats?

At this time, our Sweet Treats are offered through pick up and shipping, available through our website, Instagram, and Facebook. We will post on all of our social media platforms specified items and the day and times of our pick ups each week. Or you can contact us directly through our contact page.

Are all of your menu items available to order?

At this time, we don’t offer an open menu. We rotate the items on our menu weekly based on availability of ingredients.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the fact that our Sweet Treats are baked fresh to order, we do not offer refunds. However, if there's a problem with your order, please email us at hgbakehouse@gmail.com
